Veggie Mince

This Swiss vegan mince is has a great juicy texture which can be used as a straight replacement for meat mince in many vegan and vegetarian recipes, such as lasagne, chilli and pasties. It soaks up its neighbouring flavours such as tomato and garlic, to create healthy alternatives too many meat dishes.

Vegusto Veggie Mince is 100% plant-based, high in protein and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, free from soya and hydrogenated fat, cholesterol and palm oil.

Veggie mince can be added to typical mince dishes direct from the package or fryed in a pan for 1 -2 minutes at medium heat. Seasoning can be added according to your preference.

Use the Veggie Mince to prepare a quick and delicious Bolognese sauce for a spaghetti dish or in a vegan lasagne.
