This vegan cheese is one of Vegusto's most popular - likened and loved to a tangy parmesan or French Gruyere cheese. Grate it over pasta or blend it with basil and garlic for an amazing homemade pesto! Truly cheesy and with an edible rind, we dare to say that the No-Moo Piquant is the best plant-based cheese available for those who love well-defined flavours. Cheese connoisseurs will be pleasantly surprised.
The finest organic nut butters and rock salt are combined with potato starch and rice flour and spices to make the best vegan alternative to cheese. Vegusto No-Moo cheeses can be used to convert any conventional recipe into a vegan gourmet meal.
Vegusto produce eight varieties of handmade cheese. They are 100% natural, suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contain 50% less fat than standard cheese.

- Great parmesan substitute Review by Alison
Love this cheese to use as a sprinkle to spice up plainer dishes, eg lentil Bolognese or tomato/bean pasta dishes, tacos etc. I have a food processor that has a parmesan grater so I grate a whole pack at a time and freeze. Then can be used straight from freezer as it melts quickly. Fantastic. (Posted on 31/08/2016)
- Awesome! Review by Sakura
This is the most mature-tasting vegan cheese I have been able to find to date. Prior to becoming vegan, I was totally addicted to cheese, especially strong tasting cheeses. This one is amazing, particularly with pasta dishes. I'm so happy to have found a vegan cheese that I find satisfying, and the price is not bad either-- I've tried various expensive artisan vegan cheeses and while they were all nice, they didn't taste like cheese. The No-Moo Piquant is a winner for me! (Posted on 23/03/2016)
- cheese! Review by kimi
Hard to find here in Amsterdam, and quite pricey but shockingly delicious! Texture is so much like cheese I am a lil suspicious!!! I have made vegan cheese many times and cannot get anywhere near the hard cheeses... this is the absolute best cruelty free cheese on the planet and I am going to keep trying til I get close. =^..^= (Posted on 15/01/2016)
