I'd prefer a more mature/strong flavour, but regardless of that, this is a lovely vegan cheese. Mild, nutty, and with a slight hint of salt, this one is especially good on crackers (add pesto, a sundried tomato, or olive tapanade to make it even better) and on vegan savoury scones (put nutritional yeast and English mustard in the scones to make them 'cheesy').
